Abstrak

Tinjauan bibliometrik ini mengkaji lanskap literatur penelitian kesehatan mental, memberikan wawasan tentang tren, pendekatan intervensi, jaringan kolaborasi, dan publikasi yang paling banyak dikutip di bidang ini. Kumpulan data yang komprehensif dikumpulkan dari basis data akademis yang memiliki reputasi baik, mulai dari tahun 1951 hingga September 2023. Analisis bibliometrik dilakukan dengan menggunakan VOSviewer, yang mencakup statistik deskriptif, jaringan kepengarangan bersama, analisis sitiran, analisis kata kunci, pemodelan topik, dan pengkodean manual pendekatan intervensi. Analisis ini mengungkapkan adanya pergeseran fokus penelitian ke arah kesehatan mental yang positif, kesejahteraan, dan pemulihan. Topik-topik yang muncul, seperti dampak teknologi terhadap kesehatan mental dan efek psikologis dari pandemi COVID-19, menjadi semakin menonjol. Kolaborasi interdisipliner di antara para peneliti dari berbagai bidang merupakan hal yang lazim, yang memperkaya perspektif dan metodologi di bidang ini. Psikoterapi dan farmakoterapi terus menjadi pusat dari intervensi kesehatan mental, sementara intervensi berbasis komunitas dan intervensi digital yang sedang berkembang menunjukkan minat yang meningkat. Studi ini mengidentifikasi publikasi yang berpengaruh, termasuk sumber daya dasar dan karya-karya tepat waktu yang terkait dengan COVID-19.
