Peran Pendanaan Penelitian dalam Meningkatkan Inovasi Akademik: Studi Empiris pada Perguruan Tinggi di Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran pendanaan penelitian dalam meningkatkan inovasi akademik di institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan dengan sampel 85 responden, termasuk peneliti, administrator penelitian, dan anggota fakultas, dengan menggunakan skala Likert (1-5) untuk mengukur persepsi mereka tentang pendanaan penelitian dan inovasi akademik. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 25, dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara aksesibilitas, alokasi, dan pemanfaatan dana penelitian dan inovasi akademik. Di antara tiga dimensi pendanaan penelitian, alokasi dana ditemukan memiliki dampak terkuat pada inovasi akademik. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa alokasi dan pemanfaatan dana penelitian yang efektif sangat penting untuk mendorong inovasi di institusi akademik. Untuk meningkatkan inovasi akademik, universitas dan pembuat kebijakan harus fokus pada peningkatan aksesibilitas pendanaan, mengalokasikan sumber daya secara strategis, dan memastikan pemanfaatan dana penelitian yang efektif.
