Abstrak

Analisis bibliometrik ini mengeksplorasi lanskap psikoterapi dan konseling yang terus berkembang untuk meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental. Melalui pemeriksaan ekstensif terhadap publikasi-publikasi utama, penulis berpengaruh, dan jurnal-jurnal terkemuka, penelitian ini menyelidiki masa lalu, masa kini, dan masa depan bidang ini. Tren dan area yang sedang berkembang, seperti kompetensi budaya, teleterapi, dan integrasi teknologi, menawarkan wawasan tentang kemampuan adaptasi psikoterapi dan konseling terhadap tantangan kesehatan mental kontemporer. Implikasi dari analisis ini meluas ke pengambilan keputusan yang tepat, penentuan prioritas penelitian, kolaborasi lintas-disiplin, dan peningkatan layanan kesehatan mental. Dengan mengakui keterbatasan dan arah masa depan, penelitian ini meletakkan dasar untuk perjalanan progresif dalam meningkatkan hasil kesehatan mental dan memajukan praktik berbasis bukti.
