Terapi Musik: Mengoptimalkan Pengobatan Tradisional dengan Pendekatan Holistik pada Remaja

Makalah penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi terapi musik dan pengobatan tradisional sebagai pendekatan holistik untuk mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental pada remaja di Sukabumi, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dengan metode campuran, yang menggabungkan wawancara kualitatif, survei kuantitatif, dan studi kasus individu untuk mengumpulkan data yang komprehensif. Temuan dari wawancara dan studi kasus menyoroti dampak positif terapi musik dalam meningkatkan regulasi emosi, ekspresi diri, dan kesejahteraan secara keseluruhan. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan dalam gejala kecemasan, depresi, dan kesulitan sosial setelah intervensi terapi musik. Diskusi ini menekankan relevansi budaya dan efektivitas mengintegrasikan terapi musik dengan pengobatan tradisional, yang menawarkan pendekatan yang komprehensif dan holistik untuk perawatan kesehatan mental. Studi ini memberikan implikasi untuk layanan kesehatan mental Sukabumi dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian di masa depan untuk mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut potensi terapi musik dalam mengoptimalkan pengobatan tradisional untuk kesehatan mental remaja.
