Peran Inklusi Keuangan, Edukasi Nasabah, dan Layanan Digital terhadap Akses Pembiayaan di Bank Perkreditan Rakyat di Jawa Tengah

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak inklusi keuangan, edukasi nasabah, dan layanan digital terhadap akses pembiayaan di bank-bank pedesaan di Jawa Tengah. Menyadari pentingnya peran bank perkreditan rakyat dalam mendukung masyarakat yang belum terlayani, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang meningkatkan akses pembiayaan di wilayah pedesaan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan melibatkan 120 responden yang mengisi kuesioner terstruktur dengan jawaban dalam skala Likert 1 sampai 5. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 26, yang menunjukkan bahwa inklusi keuangan, edukasi nasabah, dan layanan digital masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap akses pembiayaan. Inklusi keuangan ditemukan memiliki pengaruh paling kuat, diikuti oleh edukasi nasabah dan layanan digital. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa bank-bank desa harus memprioritaskan layanan yang mudah diakses, inisiatif literasi keuangan, dan platform digital yang mudah digunakan untuk mendorong akses keuangan yang adil. Studi ini berkontribusi pada literatur tentang perbankan pedesaan dan memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan lembaga keuangan yang berfokus pada pengembangan inklusi keuangan di masyarakat pedesaan.
