Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak dari kegiatan wisata alam, layanan, dan harga paket wisata terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Jawa Timur, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) untuk analisis data, data dikumpulkan dari 130 wisatawan dengan menggunakan skala Likert mulai dari 1 hingga 5. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis yang diuji adalah positif dan signifikan. Kegiatan wisata alam, layanan, dan harga paket wisata secara substansial meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan. Temuan ini menyoroti peran penting dari kegiatan yang menarik, layanan berkualitas tinggi, dan harga yang wajar dalam meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pemangku kepentingan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan strategi dan meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan, sehingga mendorong pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Jawa Timur.
