Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh fasilitas keluarga, keamanan destinasi, dan kualitas layanan anak terhadap kepuasan wisata keluarga di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan data yang dikumpulkan dari 127 wisatawan keluarga yang mengunjungi berbagai tujuan wisata di wilayah tersebut. Pemodelan Persamaan Struktural (SEM) dengan analisis Partial Least Squares (PLS) dilakukan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas keluarga, keamanan destinasi, dan kualitas layanan anak secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan wisata keluarga. Secara khusus, destinasi dengan fasilitas dan layanan berorientasi keluarga yang lebih baik, tingkat keselamatan dan keamanan yang lebih tinggi, serta kualitas layanan yang unggul untuk anak-anak dikaitkan dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini berimplikasi pada manajemen destinasi dan strategi pemasaran yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengalaman wisata keluarga di Jawa Barat.
