Abstrak

Revolusi Industri Keempat (Industri 4.0) membentuk kembali ekonomi, masyarakat, dan sistem tata kelola secara global. Indonesia, sebagai negara yang sedang berkembang pesat, tidak luput dari transformasi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh Industri 4.0 terhadap sistem hukum dan kebijakan penggunaan teknologi di Indonesia. Survei dilakukan di antara pejabat pemerintah, ahli hukum, profesional industri teknologi, dan pengguna teknologi untuk mengumpulkan data. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden dari berbagai kelompok mengakui dampak signifikan Industri 4.0 terhadap kerangka hukum dan kebijakan di Indonesia. Tantangan regulasi terkait privasi data, kekayaan intelektual, dan keamanan siber secara umum diakui. Para pejabat pemerintah menekankan perlunya pendekatan yang seimbang, di mana adaptasi regulasi mendorong inovasi. Pakar hukum menekankan pentingnya mengembangkan keahlian dalam hukum teknologi, dan pengguna teknologi mengungkapkan kekhawatiran mereka tentang privasi data. Temuan-temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi masa depan lanskap hukum dan kebijakan Indonesia di era digital.
