Hak Asasi Manusia di Ranah Digital: Analisis Hukum Siber dan Kebebasan Online

Evolusi lanskap digital yang cepat telah mengubah dinamika hak asasi manusia, yang mengarah pada interaksi yang kompleks antara dunia maya dan kebebasan fundamental. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi hubungan yang rumit antara hak asasi manusia, hukum dunia maya, dan kebebasan Online melalui lensa multidisiplin. Dengan menggunakan analisis bibliometrik dan visualisasi VOSviewer, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur ilmiah dari dekade terakhir, mengungkap kelompok tema dan penulis yang berpengaruh. Tinjauan literatur ini menjelaskan konsep-konsep kunci seperti kebebasan sipil, kebebasan digital, keamanan siber, dan pengawasan. Karya-karya penting dari para penulis seperti Castells, Norris, dan Morozov telah secara signifikan membentuk wacana. Hasilnya menekankan relevansi hak-hak digital yang terus meningkat, tantangan pengawasan dan keamanan siber, serta keseimbangan antara kebebasan Online dan tata kelola. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang hubungan kritis antara hak asasi manusia dan ranah digital, memandu penelitian dan pertimbangan kebijakan di masa depan.
