Abstrak

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran hukum dalam mewujudkan perlindungan hak asasi manusia melalui analisis bibliometrik terhadap kontribusi penelitian. Dengan mengkaji publikasi ilmiah dari database akademik terkemuka, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi tema-tema utama, karya-karya berpengaruh, dan jaringan kolaboratif dalam bidang tersebut. Perangkat lunak VOSviewer memfasilitasi visualisasi dan interpretasi kutipan bersama, penggabungan bibliografi, kemunculan bersama kata kunci, dan analisis jaringan kolaborasi. Hasilnya mengungkapkan kelompok-kelompok penting yang berpusat di sekitar hak asasi manusia, perlindungan data, perlindungan lingkungan, diskriminasi, dan demokrasi, di antaranya. Publikasi-publikasi penting, seperti "Kemiskinan dan Hak Asasi Manusia Dunia" dan "Hak Asasi Manusia Universal dalam Teori dan Praktik," muncul sebagai kontribusi mendasar. Analisis ini menyoroti keterlibatan global para peneliti dan lembaga dalam menangani masalah hak asasi manusia dan memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan advokat dalam mempromosikan perlindungan hak asasi manusia di seluruh dunia.
