Evaluasi Kebijakan Pemerintah dalam Pengelolaan Sumber Daya Migas di Indonesia

Pengelolaan sumber daya minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia sangat penting bagi pembangunan ekonomi, keberlanjutan lingkungan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Studi kualitatif ini mengevaluasi efektivitas kebijakan pemerintah yang mengatur sektor minyak dan gas bumi di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada persepsi, tantangan, dan rekomendasi dari para pemangku kepentingan utama. Melalui analisis tematik dari wawancara dengan pejabat pemerintah, pakar industri, pegiat lingkungan, peneliti akademis, dan perwakilan masyarakat, studi ini mengidentifikasi wawasan penting tentang hasil kebijakan dan kesenjangan implementasi. Temuan-temuan menyoroti peran ganda kebijakan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi sekaligus mengatasi dampak lingkungan dan sosial. Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup peningkatan kejelasan peraturan, penguatan mekanisme penegakan hukum, dan mendorong keterlibatan pemangku kepentingan yang inklusif untuk mencapai praktik pengelolaan sumber daya yang lebih berkelanjutan.
