Evolusi Konsep Work-Life Balance dalam Literatur Akademis: Tinjauan Bibliometrik

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik untuk menganalisis evolusi konsep Work-Life Balance (WLB) dalam literatur akademis. Dengan melibatkan lebih dari 980 publikasi dari tahun 1998 hingga 2024, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran komprehensif tentang tren penelitian, kontributor kunci, dan kolaborasi peneliti terkait WLB. Analisis jaringan penulis dan klaster tema mengidentifikasi isu-isu penting yang berkembang seiring waktu. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang dampak transformasi global pada angkatan kerja, perubahan fokus akibat pandemi COVID-19, serta tren penelitian yang akan datang. Selain itu, penelitian ini menyediakan dasar untuk kolaborasi penelitian lebih lanjut, memfasilitasi pengembangan penelitian yang holistik dan berkelanjutan.
