Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keberhasilan inisiatif kewirausahaan sosial dalam mengatasi tantangan lingkungan di Indonesia melalui analisis kuantitatif. Penelitian ini melibatkan sampel yang terdiri dari 300 peserta, termasuk wirausahawan sosial, pakar lingkungan, pembuat kebijakan, dan tokoh masyarakat, untuk memastikan keterwakilan geografis di seluruh Indonesia. Faktor-faktor kunci keberhasilan, termasuk efektivitas kepemimpinan, inovasi, kolaborasi, keberlanjutan keuangan, dan dukungan peraturan, diteliti dengan menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat antara efektivitas kepemimpinan dan kesuksesan, dengan kolaborasi dan inovasi juga memainkan peran penting. Studi ini mengkontekstualisasikan temuan-temuan ini dalam lanskap budaya, ekonomi, dan peraturan di Indonesia, memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi para pembuat kebijakan dan praktisi. Implikasi terhadap kebijakan dan praktik juga dibahas, dengan menekankan perlunya investasi dalam pengembangan kepemimpinan, kejelasan peraturan, dan jaringan kolaboratif. Studi ini diakhiri dengan rekomendasi untuk menyeimbangkan tujuan keuangan dan sosial dalam kewirausahaan sosial lingkungan.
