Dampak Pendidikan Kewirausahaan terhadap Keberhasilan Memulai Bisnis: Sebuah Studi Longitudinal

Studi longitudinal ini menyelidiki dampak pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap keberhasilan startup bisnis di kalangan alumni manajemen di Kota Bandung. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, mengumpulkan data melalui survei dan wawancara semi-terstruktur untuk mendapatkan wawasan yang komprehensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi yang kuat antara pendidikan kewirausahaan dan keputusan untuk memulai bisnis, dengan sekitar 82% peserta mengaitkan usaha kewirausahaan mereka dengan pengalaman pendidikan mereka. Analisis longitudinal mengungkapkan bahwa usaha yang dipimpin oleh alumni yang memiliki pendidikan kewirausahaan menunjukkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup, pertumbuhan pendapatan, dan profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan mereka yang tidak memiliki pendidikan tersebut. Temuan kualitatif menyoroti pentingnya pengetahuan, keterampilan, jaringan, dan pola pikir kewirausahaan dalam berkontribusi terhadap kesuksesan startup. Hasil penelitian ini memiliki implikasi bagi para pembuat kebijakan, pendidik, dan calon wirausahawan, yang menekankan pentingnya pendidikan kewirausahaan dalam menumbuhkan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang dinamis di Kota Bandung.
