Dampak Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Generasi Z di Perusahaan Startup

Penelitian ini menguji dampak kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaan organisasional (OCB) di kalangan karyawan Generasi Z di perusahaan startup di Indonesia. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan menggunakan survei terhadap 100 responden dan skala Likert (1-5) untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja dan OCB. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS Versi 26, dengan statistik deskriptif, analisis korelasi, dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan OCB, dengan kepuasan kerja menjelaskan 46% dari varians OCB. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa karyawan yang lebih puas dengan pekerjaan mereka lebih mungkin untuk terlibat dalam perilaku yang melebihi persyaratan pekerjaan formal mereka, yang menguntungkan organisasi secara keseluruhan. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pemahaman perilaku karyawan di lingkungan startup, terutama dalam konteks Generasi Z, dan memberikan implikasi praktis untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan mendorong OCB untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi.
