Analisis Bibliometrik Perkembangan Teknologi dan Inovasi dalam Digital Banking

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan dan dinamika inovasi teknologi dalam literatur ilmiah melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Studi ini mengidentifikasi tema utama, tren penelitian, peluang riset yang kurang dieksplorasi, dan pola kolaborasi penulis. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa inovasi teknologi adalah topik dominan dengan fokus signifikan pada kebijakan inovasi, pembangunan berkelanjutan, dan inovasi hijau. Tren penelitian telah bergeser dari sistem nasional dan inovasi terbuka ke arah inovasi hijau dan keberlanjutan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Peluang penelitian terlihat pada area dengan kepadatan rendah seperti teknologi digital dan sistem inovasi teknologi, yang masih kurang dieksplorasi. Analisis kolaborasi penulis mengungkapkan beberapa klaster kolaborasi penting di antara penulis terkemuka dalam inovasi terbuka, sistem teknologi energi, dan ekonomi inovasi, menunjukkan adanya kolaborasi yang kuat dalam beberapa kelompok serta kontribusi signifikan dari penulis individu atau kelompok kecil. Temuan ini memberikan panduan strategis untuk penelitian masa depan yang dapat mengisi kesenjangan yang ada dan memperkuat kolaborasi antar peneliti di bidang inovasi teknologi.
