Pengaruh Hardiness, Kepuasan Kerja, dan Dukungan Organisasi terhadap Work Engagement Dosen di Yogyakarta

Abstrak

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh dukungan organisasi, hardiness, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keterlibatan kerja dosen di Yogyakarta. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 130 dosen melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan menggunakan skala Likert mulai dari 1 sampai 5. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa semua hubungan yang diteliti - antara dukungan organisasi dan keterlibatan kerja, ketahanan dan keterlibatan kerja, serta kepuasan kerja dan keterlibatan kerja - adalah positif dan signifikan. Hasil ini menyoroti peran penting dari dukungan organisasi yang dirasakan, ketahanan pribadi, dan kepuasan kerja dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan kerja staf akademik. Implikasinya menunjukkan bahwa mengembangkan faktor-faktor ini dapat secara signifikan berkontribusi pada tingkat keterlibatan yang lebih tinggi di antara para dosen, yang pada akhirnya menguntungkan institusi pendidikan melalui peningkatan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja.
