Analisis Motivasi, Kinerja, dan Kepuasan Karyawan terhadap Pengaruh Program Pengembangan Karyawan di Perusahaan XYZ di Jawa Timur

Penelitian ini menyelidiki dampak Program Pengembangan Karyawan (EDP) terhadap motivasi, kinerja, dan kepuasan karyawan di Perusahaan XYZ di Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 150 karyawan. Variabel-variabel kunci, termasuk motivasi, kinerja, dan kepuasan, diukur dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling dengan Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Model pengukuran menunjukkan keandalan dan validitas, dan analisis model struktural mengungkapkan hubungan positif yang signifikan antara partisipasi EDP dan motivasi, kinerja, dan kepuasan karyawan. Penelitian ini juga mengeksplorasi efek tidak langsung dan melakukan analisis bootstrapping untuk memvalidasi hasil. Temuan ini menyoroti pengaruh positif EDP terhadap hasil kerja karyawan, yang memberikan wawasan praktis untuk pengembangan organisasi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia.
