Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh pemasaran digital dan kompetensi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Sebuah survei dilakukan terhadap 385 pemilik UMKM, dan data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pemasaran digital dan kompetensi kewirausahaan memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namun, kompetensi pemasaran digital memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kinerja pemasaran daripada kompetensi kewirausahaan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM di Jawa Barat perlu fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi pemasaran digital dan kewirausahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran mereka. Studi ini memiliki implikasi bagi pemilik UMKM, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti, serta menyoroti perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini.
