Microfinance dalam Perspektif Global: Kajian Bibliometrik

Penelitian ini menganalisis perkembangan microfinance dalam perspektif global melalui pendekatan bibliometrik. Dengan menggunakan data dari Scopus dan analisis visualisasi menggunakan VOSviewer, studi ini mengidentifikasi tren utama dalam penelitian microfinance, jaringan kolaborasi antarpeneliti, serta keterkaitan antar tema penelitian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa microfinance berperan penting dalam inklusi keuangan dan pengentasan kemiskinan, dengan fokus pada aspek keberlanjutan, profitabilitas, serta dampak sosial. Temuan ini juga mengungkap bahwa negara-negara berkembang seperti India dan Indonesia memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam penelitian microfinance, sementara Amerika Serikat dan Jerman mendominasi dalam hal jumlah publikasi dan kolaborasi akademik. Selain itu, teknologi keuangan (fintech) semakin berperan dalam mengembangkan microfinance, membuka peluang baru dalam efisiensi layanan keuangan mikro. Namun, tantangan seperti suku bunga tinggi, rendahnya literasi keuangan, dan regulasi yang kurang mendukung masih menjadi hambatan utama dalam penerapan microfinance. Dengan demikian, diperlukan pendekatan kebijakan yang lebih inklusif dan inovatif guna memastikan microfinance dapat terus berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.
