Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Berkelanjutan, Inovasi Ramah Lingkungan, dan Keterlibatan Masyarakat terhadap Keberhasilan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan di Sektor Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit Sumatera

Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh kepemimpinan berkelanjutan, inovasi lingkungan, dan pelibatan masyarakat terhadap keberhasilan pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit di Sumatera. Analisis kuantitatif yang menggunakan pemodelan persamaan struktural (SEM) dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS) dilakukan untuk menganalisis data survei yang dikumpulkan dari para pemangku kepentingan di industri ini. Statistik deskriptif, penilaian model pengukuran, hasil model struktural. Temuan menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan berkelanjutan, inovasi ramah lingkungan, keterlibatan masyarakat, dan hasil pembangunan berkelanjutan yang sukses. Inovasi ramah lingkungan, kepemimpinan berkelanjutan, dan pelibatan masyarakat diidentifikasi sebagai pendorong utama keberhasilan pembangunan berkelanjutan di sektor ini. Hasil penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya mengintegrasikan prinsip-prinsip keberlanjutan ke dalam praktik kepemimpinan, mendorong inovasi, dan melibatkan masyarakat lokal untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi penting bagi para pembuat kebijakan, praktisi industri, dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya yang ingin mempromosikan keberlanjutan dan praktik bisnis yang bertanggung jawab di sektor perkebunan kelapa sawit dan sekitarnya.
